Job Overview

This senior-level position plays a pivotal role in shaping the organization's learning strategy, driving engagement, and fostering a strong culture.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Lead a team of experts to design and develop scalable learning solutions, leveraging best practices in organizational development and growth.
  • Influence senior stakeholders and drive meaningful change across the business through strategic initiatives and collaborations.
  • Redesign and update the learning strategy to meet evolving workforce needs, identifying gaps in current programs and building new frameworks for success.
  • Partner with HR to lead employee engagement, culture-building, and organizational effectiveness initiatives that drive results.
  • Design and facilitate OD interventions to support organization-wide changes and transformations.
Ideal Profile
  • A minimum of 15 years of experience in Learning & Development and Organisational Development within large/matrix/multinational organizations is required.
  • Deep expertise in organisational development, employee engagement, and change management is essential.
  • Proven stakeholder management skills, comfortable operating at both strategic and hands-on levels, are necessary.
