Key Responsibilities

We are seeking a seasoned Livestream Manager who will spearhead our Affiliate marketing efforts through KOL livestream management, building strong relationships with top streamers, and driving conversions to meet commercial goals. Key responsibilities include:

  • Develop and maintain partnerships with top streamers to maximise livestream performance and drive conversions.
  • Ideate and implement strategies and amplification tactics to onboard streamers and accelerate their growth within our livestream platform.
  • Work closely with internal teams to execute strategic projects and improve operations.
  • Collaborate with external agencies and Multi-Channel Networks (MCNs) to onboard and nurture streamers, ensuring sustained creator growth.
  • Track and analyse initiative performance, leveraging data-driven insights to refine strategies and enhance success metrics.
  • Monitor and analyse competitor campaigns to identify insights, trends, and opportunities that can strengthen our strategies.
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you must possess the following skills and qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in any field.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong analytical and project management skills, with proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
  • Keen interest in social media marketing, influencer marketing, and the evolving digital marketing landscape.
  • Team player with an aptitude for work and the drive to constantly outperform KPIs.
  • Excellent command of English; fluency in additional languages is a plus to facilitate effective communication with KOLs.
  • Experience in livestream, talent management, client management, e-commerce, and affiliate industry would be an added advantage.
