We are looking for a highly motivated and detail-oriented Livestream Operations Intern to join our fast-growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for supporting the planning, coordination, and execution of livestream sessions across our platforms. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about content, engagement, and digital operations.

You will also be responsible for:

• Plan, coordinate, and execute Sunnystep's TikTok livestream operations, including both in-house and influencer-led sessions, with the primary goal of driving GMV (Gross Merchandise Value).
• Oversee the full livestream workflow: scheduling, product selection, technical setup, and live moderation.
• Collaborate with marketing team to ensure livestream content aligns with Sunnystep's brand voice, campaign objectives, and product launches.
• Monitor livestream performance metrics (viewership, engagement, conversion, sales) and provide actionable insights to optimise future sessions.
• Troubleshoot technical or operational issues in real-time to ensure smooth and professional livestream experiences.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of TikTok trends, livestream best practices, and competitor activities to keep Sunnystep at the forefront of social commerce.
• Support influencer onboarding, training, and performance tracking for livestream campaigns.
• Assist with ad-hoc marketing and operations tasks as needed to support the broader team.

We would want to speak with you if you are / have –

• Passionate about Sunnystep's products and mission to help people move freely and happily.
• Interest in livestream operations, e-commerce, digital marketing, or a related field; experience with TikTok or other livestream platforms is a strong plus.
• Some understanding of TikTok Affiliate and Seller Centre.
• Good multitasking skills; able to manage multiple livestreams and campaigns simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to work cross-functionally and build relationships with influencers and internal teams.
• Data-driven mindset on tracking and reporting on campaign performance metrics; some experience will be viewed favorably
• Able to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, to support livestream schedules.
• Creative, resourceful, and eager to experiment with new ideas to drive engagement and sales.
