About the Role:
We are seeking a skilled professional to drive growth and sales on TikTok livestreams. The ideal candidate will have experience in digital marketing, a deep understanding of TikTok's ecosystem and algorithms, and creative vision.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute strategies to expand audience, increase sales performance, and improve livestream reach.
  • Identify high-potential creators, products, and campaigns to maximize ROI.
  • Analyze livestream performance metrics and provide actionable insights for optimization.
  • Collaborate with content, influencer management, and marketing teams to ensure alignment on growth objectives.
  • Monitor TikTok trends, competitor activity, and algorithm updates to adapt strategies.
  • Experiment with new tactics, such as ad campaigns, cross-platform promotion, and interactive livestream features.
  • Build partnerships and collaborations that enhance brand visibility and reach.

Requirements:

The ideal candidate will possess:

  • Proven experience in growth strategy, digital marketing, or performance marketing.
  • Deep understanding of TikTok's algorithm, audience behavior, and engagement tools.
