About the Team
The Livestream Team is committed to creating real-time interactive scenes, As a new form of content, Livestream creates value for all parties in the ecology. Livestream provides users with a unique consumption experience and further generalizes content. It is also a new way of employment to provide more direct fan interaction and deepen relationships with authors; It provides healthy and objective revenue to the platform and promotes content exclusivity. It also serves as a "new infrastructure" for expanding ecological boundaries.

**Responsibilities**:

- Develop comprehensive project plans that include milestones, timelines, and resource allocation.
- Assist in identifying project scope, goals, and deliverables that support compliance initiatives.
- Identify project risks and develop mitigation strategies.
- Perform regular risk assessments to ensure compliance with legal regulations and internal policies.
- Keep stakeholders informed about project status, risks, and issues.
- Facilitate communication between legal advisors, technical staff, and business stakeholders
- Ensure projects adhere to frameworks and all documentation is maintained appropriately for each project.
- Ensure project compliance with federal, state, and industry regulations.
- Lead cross-functional project teams to implement compliance initiatives.
- Assign and oversee the daily tasks of technical personnel while ensuring all sub-teams are progressing toward project milestones.
- Compile regular project status reports and compliance audit summaries.
- Share compliance best practices with the team and provide training as needed.

**Qualifications**:
**Minimum Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Project Management, or related field.
- Minimum of 3 years experience in project management, compliance or regulatory-focused projects.
- Knowledge of compliance frameworks, policies, and procedures.
- Proficiency in project management software like MS Project, Asana, or Jira.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Certification in Compliance Management is a plus.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
