Livestream Team is committed to creating real-time interactive scenes, As a new form of content, livestream creates value for all parties in the ecology. Livestream provides users with a unique consumption experience and further generalizes content. It is also a new way of employment to provide more direct fan interaction and deepen relationships to authors; It provides healthy and objective revenue to the platform and promotes content exclusivity. It also serves as a "new infrastructure" for the expansion of ecological boundaries.

We're looking for passionate product designers to join the fast growing team at TikTok in Singapore. Working with a cross-functional team, you'll lead and own product features to help evolve and drive impact for TikTok globally.

**Responsibilities**:
1. Design for TikTok LIVE, including but not limited to gift, wallet, ranking and other revenue features;
2. Work with cross functional teams, including product managers, researchers, UX writers and engineers;
3. Get involved in every aspect of the product development process, from ideas to pixel perfecting before launch;
4. Prototype rapidly based on conceptual product ideas, design user flows based on data analysis and user research, get feedback from different stakeholders, reiterate designs, and ship products with the best user experience;
5. Continuously optimize and be responsible for overall product experience.

**Qualifications**:
1. Bachelor's Degree or above, at least 2 years designing UX and UI for consumer-facing products across mobile and web, has led multiple design projects from strategy to launch, strong attention to detail;
2. Ability to rapidly iterate and produce a multitude of concepts;
3. Great communication skills, ability to articulate your concepts, vision and decision-making; Experience working with multiple stakeholders across the org;
4. Ability to unearth hidden user needs, continuously optimize design solutions based on user feedback and data analysis.
5. Open-minded, welcome all feedback and be patient;
6. Entrepreneurial attitude, ability to deal with rapid changes and situations that are not ideal;
7. A global vision and mentality, actively pays attention to global internet products;
8. Experience with entertainment products such as LIVE, music, video and social media is a plus;
9. Optimistic and ability to adapt to a fast-paced working environment;
10. A passion and enthusiasm for TikTok and its community
