Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled Expert ServiceNow Developer to join our team. As a key member of our IT operations team, you will be responsible for designing, configuring, and customizing ServiceNow applications, modules, and workflows to meet the needs of our organization.

You will work closely with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions, ensuring that our systems are secure, efficient, and compliant with industry standards.

In addition to your technical expertise, you will possess excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field (or equivalent experience)
  • At least 2 years of hands-on experience with ServiceNow development and administration
  • Strong knowledge of ServiceNow modules (ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, CSM, or others)
  • Proficiency in JavaScript, Glide API, workflows, and client/server scripting
  • Experience with REST/SOAP integrations and APIs
  • Understanding of ITIL processes and best practices
