Job Title:
ServiceNow Technical Expert

About the Role:
KPMG is seeking a skilled ServiceNow Technical Expert to join our team. As a key member of our ServiceNow team, you will play a pivotal role in transforming IT services and solutions using the ServiceNow platform.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Serve as the primary technical point-of-contact for projects, leading efforts and providing guidance in requirements gathering and developing/documenting process workflows.
  • Define technical solutions for architecture and design that are aligned with client business problems and ServiceNow implementation best practices.
  • Lead a team of developers to convert requirements into user stories, create solutions, review development, and perform testing.
  • Provide both technical and non-technical training to clients for implemented solutions as built on the platform.
  • Design and develop solutions within the ServiceNow environment to include new or modifications to applications, forms, flow, workflow, UI policies, UI actions, business rules, ACLs, UI Builder, and any other configurations required to support client processes.
  • Participate in discovery sessions and process definitions with team lead and other developers.

Requirements:
The ideal candidate should possess:
  • Bachelor's degree in information technology, management information systems, computer science, or related field and/or a technology-focused MBA or comparable experience.
  • ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) certification required. Other product CIS certifications preferred but not mandatory.
  • Minimum 8 years of relevant experience on end-to-end ServiceNow implementation experience will be preferred for Managers.
  • Minimum 4-6 years of relevant experience on end-to-end ServiceNow implementation experience will be preferred for Senior Associate to Assistant Manager.
