As a Research & Development Engineer, you will be responsible for advancing our material science research and development efforts in our facilities.

Key responsibilities include developing and optimizing innovative materials and products that support clients across various industries. You will contribute to the creation of thermal conductive pastes by conducting experiments, preparing samples, and providing technical input under guidance.

Additional tasks include performing hands-on material application tests to validate performance and reliability, analyzing and documenting results with precision. Technical issues during testing or development phases need to be identified and addressed, proposing solutions and learning from outcomes to improve processes.

Accurate and organized records of experiments, test results, and project updates are required to be maintained in compliance with company policies. Interpretation of test data, compilation of detailed reports, and presentation of findings to the team are essential to support decision-making and project progress.

Proper use, calibration, and maintenance of lab equipment is necessary while adhering to safety protocols and quality standards.

Requirements
  • Diploma or Bachelor's in Materials Science, Materials Engineering, or a related scientific discipline
  • 3 years of relevant experience in product development or application testing in material science or semiconductor or electronic industry

A strong understanding of materials and material engineering, familiarity with testing methodologies, and industry standards are necessary. Hands-on laboratory skills, analytical skills, proficiency in data analysis tools and software, and MS Office Suite are also required.
