Lead Strategic Growth in Specialty Chemicals

Job Summary:

This is a challenging role that will involve managing and growing strategic key accounts in the advanced materials and specialty coatings segment.

The ideal candidate will have a strong focus on developing long-term client relationships, identifying new business opportunities, and driving strategic growth within the specialty chemical sector.

  • Manage and grow strategic key accounts in the advanced materials and specialty coatings segment
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities and strategic partnerships globally
  • Collaborate closely with technical, commercial, and R&D teams to deliver customized solutions
  • Conduct market analysis and competitive benchmarking to inform strategy

Our client is looking for an experienced Business Development Manager who can travel regularly between India, China, and the US to maintain customer relationships and oversee regional development activities.

Key Qualifications:

  1. 8+ years of experience in business development or key account management
  2. Proven track record of driving strategic growth and developing long-term client relationships
  3. Strong understanding of the specialty chemicals sector and its trends
  4. Excellent communication and collaboration skills
