Job Title: Scientific Research Position

Job Description:
We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled researcher to join our team in designing and synthesizing organic functional materials with persistent luminescence. The selected candidate will be responsible for developing novel materials with potential applications in theranostics.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and synthesis of organic functional materials
  • Development of nanomaterials for theranostic applications
  • Conducting cellular and bacteria studies to evaluate fluorescent probes

Requirements:
A PhD degree in Chemistry, Materials Science, Polymers, or Chemical Engineering is required. Good knowledge in synthesis and characterization is essential. A strong publication record and relevant research experience are highly desirable. The ideal candidate will be highly motivated and independent, with strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work effectively in a team. Good written and spoken communication skills are also essential.
