Senior Process Engineer - PCVD Metals

As a Senior Process Engineer, you will play a key role in driving process stability, yield improvement, and technology development to support next-generation memory products.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and optimize PCVD metals deposition processes to ensure high yield and manufacturability.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive process improvements and resolve technical issues.
  • Analyze process data, inline metrology, and defect trends to identify opportunities for enhancement and ensure process stability.
  • Conduct structured problem-solving to resolve yield and performance issues, using methodologies such as DOE, SPC, and FMEA.
