Key Responsibilities:

  • Operational Management:
    • Oversee day-to-day restaurant operations to guarantee efficiency and smooth service delivery.
    • Lead the restaurant team, including servers, chefs, and kitchen staff, fostering a collaborative environment that promotes excellence and teamwork.
    • Maintain exceptional cleanliness, organization, and safety standards while creating a welcoming atmosphere for guests.
    • Monitor inventory levels and manage stock to prevent disruptions and ensure operational efficiency.
  • Customer Service Excellence:
    • Set the standard for exceptional customer service, ensuring each guest has a memorable dining experience.
    • Address customer complaints or concerns promptly and professionally, demonstrating commitment to resolving issues and maintaining high satisfaction levels.
    • Develop and implement strategies to enhance the guest experience, focusing on creating lasting impressions and encouraging repeat visits.
  • Staff Management and Development:
    • Assist in recruiting, hiring, training, and onboarding new staff, ensuring they are well-equipped and aligned with restaurant goals.
    • Provide ongoing training to employees, maintaining high service standards and fostering continuous development.
    • Create and manage employee schedules to balance operational needs with team well-being.
    • Conduct performance evaluations, offering constructive feedback and addressing disciplinary actions as needed.
  • Financial Management:
    • Assist the General Manager in overseeing budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning to ensure the restaurant's financial health.
    • Monitor daily sales, costs, and other financial data, taking necessary actions to meet profit goals.
    • Track and control operating expenses, focusing on minimizing wastage and improving overall efficiency.
    • Prepare and present regular reports on the restaurant's financial performance to support informed decision-making and strategic planning.
  • Marketing and Promotion:
    • Assist in developing and implementing marketing and promotional strategies to enhance the restaurant's visibility and appeal.
    • Cultivate strong relationships with customers, partners, and suppliers to promote the brand and drive sustainable growth.
  • Leadership and Team Collaboration:
    • Work closely with the General Manager and management team to set clear operational goals and drive overall success.
    • Foster a positive work culture by motivating the team and leading by example.
    • Resolve conflicts efficiently and encourage collaboration, ensuring a cohesive and supportive atmosphere within the restaurant.
  • Event Coordination:
    • Oversee and manage special events and private functions, ensuring they align with the restaurant's brand and objectives.
    • Ensure each event runs smoothly, upholding high standards of execution, service, and guest satisfaction throughout.
