Key Responsibilities:

  • Main point of contact for identifying, developing and securing new clients.
  • Support growth of existing accounts across the Asia Pacific region by driving sales growth and managing the sales pipeline through CRM tools.
  • Monitor sales performance to ensure targets are met and identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Provide leadership direction and support to Business Development teams within the APAC region.
  • Foster collaboration with colleagues to maximize cross-regional business opportunities.
  • Maintain regular engagement with clients to understand their needs and balance innovation with commercial viability.

About You:

  • Demonstrated experience in business development, sales or marketing preferably in high-tech or waste management sectors such as battery or e-waste recycling.
  • Strong work ethic commitment to contributing to team success.
  • Regional expertise spanning multiple countries within the Asia Pacific region.
  • Ability to handle day-to-day responsibilities independently including ad-hoc tasks.
  • Skilled in pipeline management strategic account development and negotiation.
  • Detail-oriented able to thrive in a dynamic high-performance environment.
  • Business acumen and ability to execute plans effectively.
  • Effective team leader with the ability to inspire and lead by example.
  • Excellent communication negotiation leadership problem-solving and interpersonal skills.
  • Fluent in English proficiency in at least one additional Asian language preferred.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office CRM platforms and lead generation tools.
