Game Operations LeadAbout the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Game Operations Lead to spearhead the strategy and execution of product and live operations for our mobile games.

Key Responsibilities
  • Plan and deliver high-impact game updates, live events, and player engagement initiatives across global markets.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including producers, developers, artists, marketers, and data analysts to drive performance, optimize player retention and monetization, and ensure operational excellence throughout the game lifecycle.
Requirements
  • Lead and manage the product roadmap, live operations, and game updates across multiple titles.
  • Define product strategy and translate it into executable operational plans.
  • Establish and monitor gating KPIs (e.g., DAU, retention, ARPU, conversion) to evaluate feature and event performance.
  • Track, analyze, and optimize game performance metrics using internal dashboards and analytics tools.
Desired Skills and Qualifications
  • 5+ years of experience in the online or mobile gaming industry.
  • Strong understanding of Free-to-Play (F2P) game mechanics and monetization strategies.
  • Proven track record of launching or operating at least one mobile game in the SEA region.

Proficiency in Python, AI operations tools, and emerging technologies is a plus.
