As a Mobile Game Designer you will assist the Lead designer in documenting game mechanics/features as well as shaping player experience, planning content, and balancing player progression. You will be collaborating with a strong cross-disciplinary team to actively create a breakthrough game that will solidify our foothold in the industry.

We are looking for someone with a strong drive to establish themselves, passionate, self-driven and ready to learn. Someone that is willing to be actively involved in shaping a game from Production through Live Operations and beyond.

**Responsibilities**:
⦁ Work with Lead Designer to create design documentation, functional specs to communicate a design feature/mechanic for the game.

⦁ Using Excel to create, balance, and manipulate data required in the game.

⦁ Come up with Game flow based on existing Wire-frames to enhance in-game transitions, through design summaries, detailed schematics and references.

⦁ Brainstorm, create and develop new content with consideration of live ops in-game events & features. (Narrative/Levels/Heroes/Enemies, Etc.)

⦁ Analyse/Research on the market statistics and target audience for trends in mobile social games and stay up to date with patterns and consumer preferences.

⦁ Conduct Play tests & provide feedback on builds to ensure that systems and content are implemented as intended. (With emphasis to UX)

Required Qualifications

⦁ Diploma/Degree related to game design/game development discipline (DigiPen/SUSS etc.)

⦁ 1 to 5 years of relevant game design background.

⦁ Comprehensive knowledge of game design principles, mechanics and interest in the mobile social gaming industry.

⦁ Be able to work collaboratively in a self-directed multi-disciplinary team environment

⦁ Ability to think logically and deliver work with a high level of attention to detail.

⦁ Good Communication skills both in terms of documentation (Documenting Gameplay, Creating Mock-ups) as well as in expression (Presenting ideas, articulating design to others)

⦁ Strong understanding of mobile game design, alongside fundamentals in UX and Player psychology.

Desired qualifications but not required

**⦁ Some Analytics experience (etc**: GA, Firebase)

⦁ Experience in UX design

⦁ Experience in Math and Economy Game Balancing and Calculations

⦁ Experience in Mobile Gaming trends (Sovereign, Simulation games as well as RPG games)

⦁ Experience in Mobile Game Industry and pipeline

⦁ Understanding of the Free-to-Play Mobile game monetisation model.
