**Responsibilities**:

- Develop and execute project roadmap, gather requirements and define project activities and resource planning.
- Assist the producer in all aspects of development and publishing.
- Collaborate closely with teams in ensuring deliverables in timely fashion.
- Evaluate and predict project risks and implement control measures for early mitigation.
- Monitor and report project and individual’s performance burn rate, sprint retrospect, dependencies issues.
- Update and maintain development and publishing tasks on project management platform.
- Lead QA testing and customer support initiatives, ensuring project scope and requirements are met.
- Lead the planning of project time/scope/cost control for community effort and live-ops, such as in-game events, tournaments, and community engagement activities.
- Conduct research and analysis on market trends, user behaviors, competitor strategies.

**Job Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Business, Project Management, or related field / experience. *Bonus for PMP, PMI, Scrum Product Owner or Scrum Master.
- Proficient in Agile/Lean/Scrum methodology and knowledge of software lifecycle and Waterfall.
- Proven experience in project management for games development and publishing, with the ability to prioritize tasks, meet deadlines, and adapt to changing priorities.
- Strong analytical skills and critical thinking, problem-solver, meticulous.
- Familiarity with project management software such as JIRA.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Familiarity with DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines is highly desirable.
- Passion for gaming.
