Performing Artiste Manager
Description:
Our organization is seeking a highly skilled Performing Artiste Manager to oversee the daily operations of our premise. In this role, you will be responsible for managing staff and vendors, planning and ordering supplies, maintaining positive customer relationships, and enforcing premise policies and KPIs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Forecasting and planning for the premise's operational needs;
- Sourcing and ordering supplies in a timely manner;
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with staff and vendors;
- Maintaining a clean and safe working environment;
- Managing daily operations to ensure efficiency and productivity;
- Developing and implementing effective business strategies;
- Training and managing staff members to achieve optimal performance.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or a related field;
- Minimum 3 years of experience in management, preferably in the hospitality industry;
- Excellent leadership and communication skills;
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment;
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills;
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
