About the Role:
We are seeking a meticulous and organized Premises Coordinator to support our Principals in maintaining the smooth operation of our center. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring that all administrative tasks are completed efficiently, allowing our Principals to focus on running the school.
About You:
To be successful in this role, you will need to possess excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. You will also need to have good interpersonal and communication skills, as well as the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and maintain accurate records and files
- Coordinate with staff and stakeholders to ensure seamless day-to-day operations
- Perform administrative duties, including data entry and report preparation
- Assist with event planning and coordination
- Provide general administrative support as required
- Minimum GCE 'O' Level qualification
- At least 1 year of experience in an administrative role
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Good interpersonal and communication skills
- Able to work independently and as part of a team
