Job Title: Port Operations Coordinator

The role of the Port Operations Coordinator is to oversee all aspects of vessel movements, including coordination with pilots and tug boat services, crew information for immigration authorities, and timely reporting of cargo. The coordinator must ensure that all vessel documentation complies with both international and local regulations.

  • Coordinate vessel bookings in and out of Singapore Port.
  • Provide crew information to immigration authorities in compliance with regulations.
  • Notify Customs of vessel arrivals and departures.
  • Ensure timely reporting of onboard cargo.
  • Arrange Pilot and Tug Boat services.

Responsibilities include:

  • Organizing and managing the supply and delivery of ship spares, stores, contractor services, certificates, documents, provisions, fresh water, and crew salaries.
  • Overseeing the bunkering of vessels.
  • Facilitating and coordinating other port operations and related services.

This role requires:

  • A responsible and committed individual who can deliver high-quality work.
  • A strong team player with a positive attitude and proactive approach.
  • Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks efficiently.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel.

Other requirements include working a 5.5-day week and being able to start immediately or within a short notice period.
