Job Title: Resident Site Coordinator

Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Resident Site Coordinator to join our team. As a key member of our infrastructure construction project, you will be responsible for supervising the Contractor's work to approved drawings and specifications.

Duties & Responsibilities

  • Assist SRE & RE in carrying out supervision of LTA infrastructure construction projects.
  • Supervise the Contractor's work to ensure compliance with approved plans, programs, method statements, and specifications.
  • Maintain accurate site records and documentation.
  • Ensure that all works carried out by Contractors meet quality and safety standards.
  • Identify and report any non-conformance or unsafe works to the contractor.
  • Prepare daily activities reports.
  • Attend and record inspection and testing as requested by the contractor and acknowledged by RE.

Requirements

  • Degree in Civil/Structural discipline or equivalent with minimum two years of relevant experience in similar projects.
  • Registration with JAC as a qualified site supervisor is required.
