Job Title: Resident Engineer

Are you a seasoned professional with experience in site supervision and management? Do you have a strong background in civil engineering and project management?

  • As a Resident Engineer, you will be responsible for overseeing the construction of our project from inception to completion.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide standing supervision for the construction of civil and structural works.
  • Manage and control a team of site staff or Resident Technical Officer(s) to ensure satisfactory supervision and performance.
  • Oversee all aspects of construction, including record-keeping, attending meetings, and coordinating with consultants and external parties.

Requirements:

  • Minimally a Degree in Civil Engineering recognized by the Professional Engineers Board.
  • Candidate must be a registered Resident Engineer with BCA.
  • At least 8 years site supervisory experience in LTA projects.
  • Must be literate in English and have a good knowledge to use computer, computer software, e.g. Microsoft.
