Job Title: Resident Technical Officer

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Resident Technical Officer to join our team.

Key Responsibilities:
  • A minimum of 5 years' relevant site experience is required for this position.
  • The ability to work proactively as part of a team is essential.
  • Familiarity with large-scale institutional projects, particularly those in the healthcare sector, would be beneficial.
  • Supervising building construction, architectural, and interior design fitting out works is necessary for this role.
  • Experience with precast façade works, curtain wall works, and prefabricated bathroom units (PBUs) is advantageous.
  • Working on projects within hospital environments and possessing excellent daily communication skills are desirable.
