We are seeking a strategic HR analyst who can drive business growth through data-driven insights.

The ideal candidate will have expertise in HR analytics, with a strong understanding of metrics such as turnover, retention, and headcount. They will be able to collect and analyze data from various sources, including HRIS systems and other databases.

Key Responsibilities
  • Analyze and interpret HR data to provide actionable insights
  • Develop and maintain accurate and up-to-date HR reports and dashboards for leadership decision-making
  • Design and implement dynamic HR dashboards and reports using modern analytics tools
  • Collaborate with country HR heads to collect and standardize regional HR data
  • Identify trends and provide recommendations for business leaders
Requirements
  • 3+ years of experience in HR analytics or related field
  • Strong proficiency in modern data analytics methods, including advanced Excel
  • Experience with HRIS systems and other databases
  • Strong understanding of data management and reporting
  • Ability to work with large datasets and translate insights into actionable HR recommendations
