As a Strategic Data Analyst, you will play a pivotal role in driving business outcomes through insightful analytics and reporting. Collaborating closely with cross-functional teams, you will design and develop data-driven solutions that inform strategic planning and decision-making.

**Job Responsibilities:**

  • Collect, clean, and analyze complex data from various sources to provide actionable insights.
  • Design and maintain recurring and ad-hoc reports, dashboards, and metrics focusing on talent acquisition and workforce management.
  • Work with leadership to cater to reporting needs and deliver data-driven recommendations.
  • Ensure data integrity and consistency across systems and reports.
  • Develop and automate reporting processes to improve efficiency.
  • Support compliance and audit requirements.

**Requirements:**

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Analytics, Statistics, Information Systems, or a related field.
  • At least 4 years of experience in HR analytics, HR reporting, or a related data analysis role.
  • Proficiency in Excel, including pivot tables and advanced formulas.
  • Experience with reporting/visualization tools like Power BI, Tableau, or similar.
  • Familiarity with SQL and/or data querying tools.

**Preferred Qualifications:**

  • Experience with predictive analytics or statistical modeling techniques.
  • Certifications in analytics or HR systems such as SHRM, PHR, or People Analytics certificates.
