Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Regional Marketing Manager to join our team. As a key member of our marketing team, you will be responsible for developing and executing strategic marketing plans to drive business growth in the APAC region.

Your primary focus will be on building and maintaining strong relationships with our sales and channel teams to ensure alignment and effective execution of marketing initiatives. You will also be responsible for leading regional strategy and execution, driving high-impact partner marketing, and owning field marketing execution.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to work closely with cross-functional teams, including product marketing, content, and digital teams, to develop and execute campaigns that drive awareness, engagement, and pipeline growth across priority markets.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute strategic marketing plans to drive business growth in the APAC region
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with sales and channel teams to ensure alignment and effective execution of marketing initiatives
  • Lead regional strategy and execution, driving high-impact partner marketing and owning field marketing execution
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute campaigns that drive awareness, engagement, and pipeline growth across priority markets
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, business or a related field
  • 8-10 years in B2B marketing, including 5+ years leading marketing in APAC across multiple countries
  • Proven track record of driving pipeline, revenue, and brand growth in a high-growth or enterprise B2B environment
  • Deep understanding of the APAC landscape and ability to tailor strategies by market maturity and cultural nuance
  • Familiarity with partner and channel marketing strategies
  • Proven experience with event planning, with a focus on partner & regional field events
  • Excellent written and verbal skills, with proven capability to align cross-functional teams
  • Results-oriented, curious, and thrives in fast-paced settings with a focus on continuous improvement
