Job Description:

As a Senior Regional Marketing Manager, you will play a pivotal role in shaping and executing high-impact marketing strategies that drive growth across one of our most dynamic regions. You will be responsible for developing and executing the APAC marketing strategy in alignment with regional sales goals and global marketing priorities.

You will translate high-level plans into programs that drive awareness, engagement, and pipeline growth across priority markets. This includes serving as the regional marketing lead, trusted partner to sales, product marketing, and corporate marketing teams.

The ideal candidate will have 8-10 years of experience in B2B marketing, including 5+ years leading marketing in APAC across multiple countries. A proven track record of driving pipeline, revenue, and brand growth in a high-growth or enterprise B2B environment is essential.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • A Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or a related field
  • Deep understanding of the APAC landscape and ability to tailor strategies by market maturity and cultural nuance
  • Proven experience with event planning, with a focus on partner and regional field events
  • Excellent written and verbal skills, with proven capability to align cross-functional teams
  • Results-oriented, curious, and thrives in fast-paced settings with a focus on continuous improvement
