About the Position
We are seeking a highly skilled Junior Sous Chef to join our culinary team. As a key member of our kitchen staff, you will be responsible for preparing and executing dishes in your assigned section with precision, creativity, and consistency.
Your expertise will contribute significantly to the development and refinement of our innovative menu offerings. Ensuring high-quality and hygiene standards is paramount in maintaining exceptional dining experiences for our patrons.
Key responsibilities include:
- Maintaining station readiness for service
- Monitoring inventory, reporting shortages, and ensuring proper storage and labeling of ingredients
- Upholding safety and sanitation standards in accordance with regulatory guidelines
- Contributing ideas for menu specials, plating techniques, and seasonal updates
To succeed in this role, you must possess:
- At least 1 year of CDP experience, preferably in fusion or modern cuisine
- A strong interest in Korean or Spanish flavors
- The ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment as a team player
- Flexibility to work varied shifts, weekends, and public holidays
