Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare high-quality dishes according to established standards
  • Administer stock supplies, quality, and ordering processes to minimize wastage
  • Coordinate with service and other departments on kitchen operations and customer requirements
Requirements:
  • Proven experience as a Chef De Partie or similar role
  • Good food presentation skills and ability to prepare dishes by the book
  • Possess high standards of food quality and culinary expertise
  • Able to understand kitchen operations and processes
