Are you an innovative and creative Culinary Leader looking to design menus that reflect creativity, nutritional balance, and inclusivity? We are seeking a talented individual to oversee food quality, taste, portioning, and presentation across all service periods.
You will be responsible for introducing seasonal and promotional menus that align with community themes and social outreach. Your role will also involve overseeing inventory control, ordering, stock rotation, and wastage reduction.

Required Skills and Qualifications- Diploma or Degree in Culinary Arts, Food & Beverage Management, or equivalent
- Food Hygiene Officer Certification (compulsory)
- First Aid Certification and WSQ training in inclusive employment or equivalent (preferred)
- Strong understanding of all-day dining and café operations
- In-depth knowledge of food safety standards, kitchen operations, and cost control practices
