  • A key aspect of this role is to assist in real estate market research, which involves analyzing current market trends and evaluating potential opportunities for growth.
  • You will also be responsible for assisting in evaluating potential acquisition opportunities, including financial analysis. This will involve working closely with senior members of our team to assess the viability of various projects and make informed decisions about future investments.
  • In addition to these responsibilities, you will also have the opportunity to assist experienced members in preparing internal approval memos and other documentation. This will help you develop your writing and communication skills, as well as your attention to detail.


Requirements and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you will need to possess a number of key skills and qualifications, including:

  • A highly motivated individual with a strong desire to learn about real estate investment
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal in English
  • A meticulous and detail-oriented approach to work
  • Basic understanding of financial modelling and proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
  • Good (minimum 2nd upper/Distinction) GPA/CAP
  • Preferably background in Finance, Economics, Accounting, and Real Estate. Open to other disciplines/career change
