The Opportunity

As a Team Lead, you will have the chance to work closely with cross-functional teams and drive strategic initiatives that enhance customer satisfaction and team performance.

Requirements:
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant field such as Molecular Biology, Biotechnology, or Biomedical Sciences
  • Over five years of experience in molecular diagnostics and life sciences, with strong technical expertise in technologies like PCR, real-time PCR, and NGS
  • Demonstrated ability to lead, motivate, and develop a high-performing team
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills
