This is a challenging role that involves optimizing Automated Optical Inspection (AOI) tools to produce high-quality semiconductor devices.

Main Responsibilities
  • AOI Tool Management: Ensure the production of top-notch semiconductor products by maintaining and managing AOI tools.
  • Recipe Development and Optimization: Develop, refine, and optimize recipes for AOI equipment to boost efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Collaboration with Process Engineering Teams: Work with Process Engineering teams to analyze defect rates and implement corrective actions.
  • Statistical Process Control Analysis: Conduct thorough statistical process control (SPC) analysis on bump characteristics to identify trends and areas for improvement.
  • Metrology Support: Perform detailed measurement system analysis (MSA) and support metrology tools to guarantee accurate measurements.
  • SOP Compliance: Maintain adherence to standard operating procedures (SOPs) and working instructions in the production line.
  • Support to Production Line Teams: Support production line teams with AOI and metrology-related issues.
