Advanced Semiconductor Equipment Specialist

Job Overview
This is an exciting opportunity for a highly skilled and motivated individual to take on the role of Advanced Semiconductor Equipment Specialist. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the efficient operation of our semiconductor equipment and contributing to the production of high-quality microchips.
Responsibilities:
- Perform regular maintenance and troubleshooting of wafer fabrication equipment including implanters, furnaces, RTO/RTP platforms, Laser RTP systems, and EPI.
- Monitor and address in-line SPC/defect/equipment abnormality and lot handling in a timely manner.
- Maintain equipment capability for production and meet production demand.
- Engage with Production line and Process Engineers to balance tool availability for production, troubleshooting, and scheduled maintenance.
- Engage in equipment troubleshooting and production quality improvement.
- Evaluate new equipment/materials and retrofits of equipment for better efficiency and production quality.
- Provide on-call support during emergency situations.
- Schedule shift on-duty.
The ideal candidate should possess strong analytical skills, good communication skills, and the ability to think critically.
A minimum of a Bachelor's Degree in Electronic Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Materials Science, Mechanical Engineering, Physics, Automation, or Aerospace Engineering is required.
