Advanced Semiconductor Equipment Installation and Maintenance Specialist
This challenging role offers a unique opportunity to join our team as an Advanced Semiconductor Equipment Installation and Maintenance Specialist. You will be responsible for installing, troubleshooting, and repairing complex semiconductor manufacturing equipment.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in electronics or electrical engineering, with experience in semiconductor equipment installation and maintenance. You should also be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and have excellent problem-solving skills.
- Install, troubleshoot, and repair semiconductor manufacturing equipment
- Support setup and configuration of new machines onsite
- Perform routine maintenance and respond promptly to technical issues
- Collaborate with clients to ensure equipment uptime and performance
- Manage spare parts inventory and service documentation
- Assist in equipment upgrades, modifications, and process improvements
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- NITEC, Higher NITEC, or Diploma in Electronics, Electrical, or Microelectronics Engineering
- Entry-level candidates welcome; prior hands-on semiconductor experience is an advantage
- Comfortable with standby duty and customer site visits
- Willingness to travel regionally and attend mandatory training in Japan (twice per year)
