Job Title: Software Solutions Delivery Expert
We are seeking a skilled and motivated software solutions delivery expert to support sales activities through equipment installation, demonstrations, and user training.
About the Role:
This is an exciting opportunity for an individual with a strong interest in software applications and a foundation in Biology, Optics, or Physics. The ideal candidate will be able to work independently and also thrive as a team player, well-organized, self-motivated, and proactive with strong problem-solving skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support sales activities through equipment installation, demonstrations, and user training.
- Deliver excellent after-sales service to clients.
- Provide technical expertise and solutions for application-related challenges.
- Assist in product launches, workshops, and seminar preparations.
- Handle biological sample preparation for demonstrations or applications.
Requirements:
- Minimum Diploma in Science or Engineering.
- Exposure to or knowledge of microscopy is preferred.
- Strong interest in software applications and a foundation in Biology, Optics, or Physics.
- Ability to work independently and also thrive as a team player.
- Well-organized, self-motivated, and proactive with strong problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Willingness to travel occasionally overseas for customer or regional support.
