Job Profile

This role encompasses the pivotal aspect of ensuring secure and reliable software delivery across multiple environments.

  • Design, build, and maintain automated pipelines for software development, testing, and deployment processes.
  • Work effectively in isolated networks, ensuring secure software delivery without external dependencies.
  • Oversee release workflows, including version tagging, deployment approvals, and artifact promotion.

Key Responsibilities

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Pipeline Management: Design, build, and maintain automated CI/CD pipelines covering build, test, and deployment processes across multiple environments.
  • Implement infrastructure automation and configuration management to simplify system provisioning.
  • Develop and execute automated tests for software, devices, and system configurations to ensure reliability and compliance with standards.

Requirements

To succeed in this position, you should have:

  • A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in DevOps roles, preferably within isolated or high-security environments.
  • Strong hands-on knowledge of Docker, Kubernetes, and GitLab CI/CD.
  • Familiarity with orchestration tools, infrastructure automation, and artifact management solutions.

Preferred Qualifications

Candidates with additional skills and certifications will be highly regarded:

  • Kubernetes Certifications (CKA, CKS), GitLab Certifications (CI/CD Associate, Security Specialist).
  • DevOps/Site Reliability Certifications from the Linux Foundation (e.g., Certified GitOps Associate), HashiCorp Certifications (Terraform Associate, Terraform Authoring & Operations Professional).
