Software Solutions Expert

We are seeking a highly skilled Software Solutions Expert to join our team. As an Application Engineer, you will be responsible for delivering software solutions to customers and leveraging company products to meet customer needs effectively.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Serving as a software expert and demonstrating expertise in the company's products and critical manufacturing (MES software)
  • Delivering factory-level software solutions, including delivery of material logistics and automation projects
  • Designing and delivering custom software solutions, providing integration with MES systems and third-party systems

You will also be responsible for performing solution analysis, proposal specification, effort estimation, implementation, testing, installation, and acceptance at customer sites, as well as providing technical support to resolve issues and ensure customer satisfaction.

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Software Engineering or related discipline
  • Minimum 5 years of relevant working experience
  • Proficiency in .Net/C#, webservices, XML/JSON, object-oriented design (OOD), networking, GUI development
  • Experience in direct customer interactions
  • Expertise in software design and implementation
  • Skilled in project management and planning
  • Strong problem-solving skills, with a drive to deliver profitable projects
  • Hands-on experience in customer factory environments
  • Good customer-facing communication skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a diverse, multicultural environment, across departments and teams
