Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Trade Operation Executive to join our team at NANSHAN ALUMINIUM SINGAPORE CO. PTE. LTD. The successful candidate will be responsible for executing trade operations, including ordering processes, contract management, shipping document preparation, and aftersales services.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Ordering Processes: Coordinate with marketing department to collect related information and prepare discussed packages between two parties.
  • Contract Management: Analyze terms and conditions in contracts, check for workability, and communicate with marketing department for adjustments if necessary.
  • Shipping Documents: Prepare shipping documents and monitor shipment schedules based on contract/PO agreed latest shipment date.
  • Aftersales Services: Respond to claims from customers due to product defects, cargo extra charges, etc., and issue back-to-back debit/credit notes to customers and factories.
Requirements:
  • Diploma in a related field
  • Minimum 1 year working experience in trade operation
  • Experience in handling Letter of Credit
  • Meticulous and organized
  • Able to multitask and work independently in a fast-paced environment
  • Team player with good attitude and positive thinking towards change
  • Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese
