Job Overview

As a seasoned professional, you will be responsible for driving sector growth across Asia Pacific by collaborating with in-country sales teams. Your key objectives include identifying new opportunities, building a strong sales pipeline, and supporting RFQ responses with tailored solutions. You will also coordinate cross-border RFQ responses and lead regional QBRs for large, multi-country technology customers. Additionally, you will develop sub-sector strategies and strategic initiatives to achieve long-term business goals.

Key Responsibilities

  • Represent the technology sector in regional forums and thought leadership engagements.

  • Define and lead sub-sector strategies (e.g., electronics, devices, data centers) that align with global technology sector priorities.

  • Oversee and prioritize the regional and global sales pipeline, focusing on high-potential opportunities while filtering out low-fit prospects.

  • Lead strategic Requests for Quotation (RFQs), negotiate commercial terms, and articulate clear value propositions tailored to the needs of technology customers.

  • Create and execute win strategies and business fit assessments for major pursuits.

  • Lead new business implementation where needed and assist countries with new projects.

  • Drive customer engagement through Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs), satisfaction reviews, and innovation workshops.

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Proven experience in sales, account management, or business development in the technology sector.
  • Strong understanding of the Asia Pacific market and its dynamics.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strategic thinking and problem-solving skills.
