Kairos Global Search is seeking an experienced and dynamic Recruitment Leader to head our Technology & Digital practice in Singapore. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in recruitment, deep expertise in the technology and digital sectors, and the ability to drive strategic growth while managing a high-performing team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage the Technology & Digital recruitment practice, ensuring alignment with the Kairos Global Search's strategic vision.
- Develop and execute business strategies to expand the practice in Singapore.
- Build and nurture strong relationships with clients in the Technology & Digital sectors.
- Act as a senior advisor, providing market insights and strategic hiring solutions tailored to client needs.
- Lead, mentor, and inspire a team of recruitment consultants to achieve and exceed performance targets.
- Foster a culture of collaboration, excellence, and continuous development within the team.
- Identify and capitalize on new business opportunities within the Technology & Digital sectors.
- Maintain a robust pipeline of clients and candidates to support sustainable growth.
- Monitor and evaluate team performance, implementing strategies to enhance efficiency and service delivery.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to maintain a competitive edge in the market.
Requirements:
- Proven track record in recruitment, with a strong focus on Technology & Digital sectors.
- Extensive experience in leading recruitment teams and delivering successful client outcomes.
- In-depth knowledge of the technology and digital markets in Singapore, including emerging trends and talent dynamics.
- Exceptional leadership, interpersonal, and communication skills.
- Strong business acumen with a results-driven approach.
- Proficiency in English; additional language skills are advantageous.
