About the Role

We are looking for an exceptional individual who can provide top-notch customer service and support to our clients. As a Customer Service Agent, you will be responsible for managing customer queries and complaints, processing orders and modifications, and escalating issues across multiple communication channels.

Key Responsibilities

  • Communicate with clients via phone, email, online chat, or social media to resolve their queries and concerns
  • Listen attentively to clients' needs and respond promptly with a resolution according to company guidelines
  • Maintain a professional and courteous demeanor at all times to de-escalate stressful situations
  • Document client information to create, update, or adjust accounts
  • Prepare call-related information for auditing and reporting purposes
  • Provide and respond to feedback about the job or its duties
  • Suggest products and services to clients based on their needs and preferences
  • Answer inbound calls or generate outbound calls, including cold calling to follow up on orders
  • Follow communication procedures, guidelines, and policies
  • Take the extra mile to engage clients

Requirements

  • Previous experience working in call centers or as an at-home customer service agent
  • Proficiency with basic computer applications, such as Microsoft Windows, Word, and Excel
  • Bilingual language skills a plus
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to remain calm and composed in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment
  • Good empathy and listening skills to de-escalate situations and identify underlying issues
