Job Title: Regional Sales Manager Asia-Oceania

This role offers an exciting opportunity to lead commercial operations across the Asia-Oceania region, fostering growth through strategic client relationships and business development.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Promote and expand customer relationships within the Asia-Oceania market.
  • Develop and implement sales strategies, focusing on new business opportunities and existing client retention.
  • Oversee quotation preparation, manage sales orders, and ensure accurate pricing updates.
  • Regularly assess sales performance and provide detailed progress reports in quarterly reviews.
  • Negotiate contracts and ensure adherence to commercial terms, protecting company interests.
  • Closely monitor customer creditworthiness and promptly address any outstanding payment issues.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to deliver high-quality services, supporting commercial and technical documentation needs.
  • Analyze customer feedback to inform product improvements and enhance overall quality.
  • Conduct thorough market research to identify trends and inform sales strategy.
  • Develop and implement updates to sales-related procedures, aligning them with the company's quality system (e.g., AQ10 procedure).

Requirements:

To excel in this role, candidates should possess a degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics, Automation, or equivalent. Prior experience in Sales is mandatory, with strong commercial acumen and negotiation skills essential for success. Knowledge of sales cycles in the Asia-Oceania region is also crucial. Proficiency in professional and technical English is required to effectively communicate with international clients. A solid understanding of electrical systems, electronics, and automation is necessary, along with a willingness to frequently travel across the region.
