At Cornerstone Global Partners, we are seeking an experienced Contract Manager to oversee the preparation, negotiation, and execution of contracts. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of contract law and construction contracts, with excellent negotiation and analytical skills.
The responsibilities of this role include ensuring compliance with contractual terms and conditions throughout project life cycles, identifying and mitigating contractual risks, and resolving disputes as needed. Additionally, the successful candidate will develop and implement contract management procedures and best practices, review and negotiate terms with clients, suppliers, and subcontractors, and monitor project progress to ensure alignment with contractual obligations.
To be considered for this position, applicants should possess a degree in Construction Management, Business Administration, or a related field, and have proven experience as a Contract Manager in the construction or engineering industry. Strong knowledge of procurement processes and risk management is also essential. Proficiency in contract management software and MS Office is required, as well as attention to detail and ability to manage complex documentation.
