Executive, Customer Support Specialist

Job DescriptionThis role is an exciting opportunity to support Japanese clients in their employee benefits administration and provide exceptional customer service experience.
Key Responsibilities- Manage end-to-end client relationships, ensuring timely and accurate delivery of benefits services.
- Provide helpdesk support on phone calls, webchats, and emails for Japanese employees relating to their benefits.
- Assist employees with online benefits portal usage, including benefits enrollment and e-Claims submission.
- Maintain accurate records and manage cases effectively, ensuring prompt resolution.
- Collaborate with internal teams to drive client conversations and implement system enhancements.
- University degree or Diploma from a recognized institution.
- At least 2 years of customer support and administration experience.
- Prior working knowledge of Employee Benefits (Insurance and Flexible benefits) is an advantage.
- High proficiency in Japanese and English languages, with ability to read, write, and speak fluently.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with proper use of grammar, tone, and pronunciation in Japanese and English.
- Demonstrated ability to multitask, work in team settings, and work independently when required.
- Collaborative team player with strong interpersonal and computer application skills.
