Key Responsibilities:
  1. Act as a liaison between our global distributed technical team and business users, ensuring clear communication and collaboration.
  2. Apply a data-driven, agile product development approach to manage the product development lifecycle.
  3. Document the entire product development lifecycle, ensuring all stages are well-documented and transparent.
  4. Create user documentation that explains product features and functionality in an accessible way for end-users.
  5. Develop a strong interest in our business domain, working closely with stakeholders to ensure our product meets business requirements.
  6. Prepare and maintain accurate and up-to-date user manuals, product documentation, and technical specifications.
  7. Ensure business requirements are clearly understood and translated into product features, bridging the gap between business needs and technical execution.
  8. Utilize your programming experience to understand both front-end development and back-end algorithms, providing technical insights when necessary.


Requirements:
  1. Bachelor's degree from a reputable university with a solid technical background.
  2. 5 years of relevant experience in product management, technical roles, or related fields.
  3. Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is a plus.
  4. Experience managing public-facing API endpoints is advantageous.
  5. Personal passion for building successful products, with the ability to lead teams, prioritize tasks, and foster collaboration.
