We are looking for a product operations specialist to manage all aspects of our company's daily operations. The product operations specialist's responsibilities include working with the COO &/or CEO to design workflow related to a digital assets settlement system, and own the end-to-end operational flow. The role also requires the product operation specialist to support Legal & Compliance on client onboarding. The purpose of this position is to optimize daily activities and performance of the business across the board.

**Duties**:

- Managing day-to-day product operations.
- Optimizing product operational processes and procedures for maximum efficiency while maintaining quality standards.
- Assisting with the implementation of new processes and procedures.
- Identifying ways to improve workflow experiences.
- Interacting with management and service providers, answering questions, and resolving issues.
- Tracking and reporting on operational performance.
- Maintaining policy and procedure documents.
- Handle ad-hoc projects from time to time as assigned

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree
- Ideally 2+ years of experience in product operations or in a similar role (although exceptional fresh graduates can succeed in this role too).
- Project management and leadership experience.
- Understanding of trading and payments solutions
- Ability to analyze and improve operational processes.
- Strong people management and organizational skills.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Strong problem-solving and time-management skills.
- Detail-oriented.

**Compensation & Experience**:

- Based on 0 to 2 years of experience + company bonus
