We are seeking a Product Operations Specialist to oversee the framework development, rule setting, and enhancement of our cryptocurrency financial product procurement platform. The Product Operations Specialist will be responsible for mapping out the business logic of various financial products (on-chain and off-chain), assessing and optimizing each business process, collaborating with different departments to establish operational workflows and internal management mechanisms that align with different business logics, and defining the platform's supplier management framework, rules, and processes.

**Responsibilities**:
1. Map out the business logic of different financial products, down to each individual business process.
2. Identify and evaluate the rationality of each business and clearing settlement process, and establish operational workflows and internal management mechanisms for different business logics.
3. Collaborate with different teams to establish a professional framework for tracking product performance and risks.
4. Define supplier management framework, rules, and processes for different business logics.
5. Clearly communicate the requirements of these business logics, frameworks, rules, and response mechanisms to product managers and development teams to ensure timely implementation of corresponding IT functionalities.

**Requirements**:
1. Experience or investment experience in the field of cryptocurrency, with a deep understanding or strong interest in the cryptocurrency market.
2. Strong learning ability, capable of quickly learning and delivering in unfamiliar domains, and not averse to technical learning.
3. Bachelor's degree in finance, economics, or related fields, with at least 1 year of experience in financial product operations or familiarity with the business logic and work methods of financial product operations.
4. In-depth understanding of financial markets and products, able to grasp the business logic, investment, and evaluation models of financial products.
5. Proficient in risk identification and assessment, capable of establishing professional risk quantification or qualitative frameworks.
6. Excellent communication and coordination skills, able to clearly convey requirements to product managers and development teams.
7. Strong communication skills in both Chinese and English.
