Production Operations Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Production Operations Specialist to join our team.

Job Description:

  • Create and improve Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to ensure efficient production processes.
  • Perform daily operations in accordance with established SOPs, ensuring quality and safety standards are met.
  • Conduct routine inspections and maintenance tasks to prevent equipment downtime and optimize production capacity.
  • Identify and troubleshoot production process problems, implementing corrective actions to minimize delays and losses.
  • Manage inventory of safety Personal Protective Equipment (PPE), tools, and other essential supplies.
  • Provide guidance and training to new operators, ensuring they understand and adhere to company policies and procedures.
  • Maintain a safe and healthy work environment, adhering to environmental, health, and safety regulations.
  • Analyze production processes to identify areas for improvement, implementing changes to increase efficiency and productivity.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve technical issues and implement solutions.

Requirements:

  • Degree in Chemical Engineering or related field.
  • Minimum 1 year of relevant working experience in a production environment.

Skills:

  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite and SAP software.
