Job Description

Our organization requires a detail-oriented and responsible Production Operations Specialist to assist in the preparation of reagents, calibration materials, and quality control products according to established Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).

The selected candidate will maintain accurate records of raw and supplementary materials usage, ensuring proper labeling and traceability. Additionally, they will support inventory management by monitoring material usage and reporting low stock levels to the supervisor or procurement team.

This role involves collecting, handling, and recording raw materials, auxiliary materials, and packaging materials required for daily production activities. The specialist will complete production logbooks and related documentation to ensure data accuracy and compliance with regulatory requirements.

The ideal candidate will operate production equipment and ensure cleanliness of facilities and workstations in line with process and regulatory standards. They will also follow laboratory-related safety and quality management standards.

Responsibilities include supporting daily production tasks, collaborating with team members to achieve production targets, and assisting in e-commerce order fulfillment, including basic packing and labeling of products for shipment.

1. Experience in IVD production, controlled environment operations, or related manufacturing settings is preferred.

2. Familiarity with production quality systems for in vitro diagnostic or medical products.

3. Detail-oriented with a strong sense of responsibility for accuracy and compliance.

4. Ability to follow instructions and SOPs closely, with good time management skills.

5. Proactive, reliable, and a team player with willingness to learn.

6. Ability to work under supervision and meet tight production schedules.
